Shipping information

We ship to the Netherlands and a growing list of European countries. Plants leave on set days each week to keep transit time short and arrival conditions predictable.

When we ship

We dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This ensures no plant sits in a carrier depot over a weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.

All estimates are from dispatch date and assume standard transit. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, holidays, or customs clearance are outside our control.

How we pack

Plants are wrapped to limit movement during transit. Soil is secured to reduce spillage, and fragile stems are supported. We use appropriately sized boxes so the plant is snug without being compressed.

In cold months we add insulation for temperature-sensitive varieties. We do not ship plants when temperatures along the route are forecast to be damaging.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our studio.
