What we sell.
Brightness Based is planned to offer live indoor plants and related products for delivery within the Netherlands. Products are intended to be described as accurately as possible, including light requirements, care level, and pet safety status.
Because plants are living organisms, minor natural variations in size, colour, and form are expected and do not constitute a defect.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The checkout displays the final price including shipping before you confirm your order.

Placing an order.
Checkout is not yet open. This section applies when ordering is enabled.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued immediately.

Shipping.
The intended launch scope is Netherlands-only. Proposed delivery, packaging, and dispatch standards are described on the shipping page.

Withdrawal and returns.
Your right of withdrawal and the returns process are detailed on the returns page. Damaged or dead-on-arrival plants are handled under the arrival policy.
[L] Liability
Limitations.
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.

Full liability clause, force majeure, and any sector-specific disclaimers (e.g. for plant toxicity/pet safety) will be completed with legal review before launch.

Jurisdiction.
The intended terms use Dutch law. Jurisdiction and dispute language require operator and legal confirmation before checkout opens.
